According to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the Procedure and criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76, of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of youth and the sport of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 02, 2014 No. 220, I order:

1. Approve criteria by which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the field of physical culture and sport which are applied is performed.

2. Determine that the basis for determination of the company, organization and the organization which is important for industry of national economy in the field of physical culture and sport is compliance to one or more criteria approved by this order.

3. Provide to legal management submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To provide to department of interaction with the public and mass media promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of youth and sport of Ukraine.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the state secretary Perevezentsev A. Yu.
