About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning deregulation of economic activity and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
For the purpose of expansion of economic freedoms in Ukraine and stimulations of development of entrepreneurship the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.

1. The paragraph the fifth Item 6 of Appendix 2 to the Regulations on procedure for provision of mountain branches approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 59 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 94), to exclude.
5. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 31, 2018 No. 912 "About approval of criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity in the field of intellectual property is estimated and is determined frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 89, the Art. 2955):
"Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Economics";
