Bring in Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2023, No. 14, the Art. 889) enclosed change.

Add Rules with Item 2-18 of the following content:
"2-18. In case of introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation the omission through frontier of citizens of Ukraine who are employees of diplomatic service and go to official or long-term journey, and members of their families which are together with them in the place of their long-term business trip it is performed by authorized officers of State frontier service in the presence of the relevant supporting documents.
Supporting documents for employees of diplomatic service who go to official journey are verified copies of orders the MFA / foreign diplomatic organization of Ukraine about the direction of such employees of diplomatic service in official journey and their diplomatic or service passports.
Supporting documents for employees of diplomatic service who go to long-term business trip and members of their families which will be together with them in the place of their long-term business trip are verified copies of orders the MFA about переводе/назначении/направлении/командировке such workers in foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine and their diplomatic or service passports."
