WE ORDER:

1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 2019 No. 135 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2019 No. 30 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of degree of risks and checking sheets in the field of use and protection of water fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, safety of dikes" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18616), the following changes:

2) checking leaf in the field of use and protection of water fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, safety of dikes concerning the subjects of control which are carrying out intake and (or) use of water resources, and also operation of water management constructions according to appendix 2 to this joint order;

3) checking leaf in the field of use and protection of water fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, safety of dikes concerning the subjects of control which are carrying out construction, dredging and explosive works, mining and other resources laying of cables, pipelines and other communications, the cabin of the wood, drilling and other operations on water objects or the water protection zones and strips according to appendix 3 to this joint order;

4) checking leaf in the field of use and protection of water fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, safety of dikes concerning the subjects of control which are carrying out intake and (or) use of water resources, and also operation of water management constructions according to appendix 4 to this joint order;

5) checking leaf in the field of use and protection of water fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, safety of dikes concerning the subjects of control which are carrying out construction, dredging and explosive works, mining and other resources laying of cables, pipelines and other communications, the cabin of the wood, drilling and other operations on water objects or the water protection zones and strips according to appendix 5 to this joint order;

1, 2 and 3 approved by the specified joint order to be reworded as follows appendices according to appendices 1, 2 and 3 to this joint order;

add with appendix 4 and 5 according to appendix 4 and 5 to this joint order.

2. To provide to committee on water resources of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this joint order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This joint order becomes effective after sixty calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
