About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2023 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for use of the constant contract (contractual) price the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 92

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 No. 1553 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 361":

in paragraph three of Item 1 of the word "construction of facilities" shall be replaced with words "accomplishment of contract works";

to exclude from Item 3 of the word "in coordination with the Ministry of Finance";

in Item 6 part two:

the words "construction of facilities" shall be replaced with words "accomplishment of contract works";

exclude the words "extends to objects which architectural and planning design assignment is received after January 1, 2012, and";

To be reworded as follows regulations on procedure for forming of the constant contract (contractual) price of the construction of facilities approved by this resolution it (is applied);

1.2. in subitem 11.4 of Item 11 of appendix 18 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 11, 2012 "About forms of standard agreements of rendering (accomplishment) security services (works) of" the word "of forecast price indexes in construction" shall be replaced with words No. 632 "forecast value indexes of installation and construction works, the equipment and other costs";
