About modification of the Regulations on procedure for determination of the legal entities by the National Bank of Ukraine crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population of the special period
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring stability of financial system, continuity of provision of financial and other services during the special period of board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for determination of the legal entities by the National Bank of Ukraine crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 24, 2023 No. 32, the following changes:
Item 2 to add 1) with the new subitem of the following content:
"7) bureau of credit histories.";
Item 3 after figures "1-5" to add 2) with figure", 7".
2. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
