According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", taking into account procedure and criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and the organizations which are crucial for the functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 2023 No. 76, for the purpose of ensuring stability of financial system, continuity of provision of financial, payment services, services in processing and storage of cash and other services during the special period of board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of legal entities by the National Bank of Ukraine, crucial for functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period which is applied.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the first deputy chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Ekaterina Rozhkova.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
