About measures for enhancement of system of accounting of production, conversion and realization of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbon

For the purpose of ensuring conducting exact accounting of amounts of natural gas and amount of liquid hydrocarbon, enhancement of procedure of payments in oil and gas industry, digitalization of the sphere of gas supply, uninterrupted supply of energy resources to consumers, and also timeliness of receipts in the Government budget:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance and the Department of Energy on installation of electronic devices of online accounting on all points of acceptance and transfer of natural gas, implementation of the single automated system of movement of natural gas by integration of the specified online accounting devices with information systems of tax authorities for the purpose of conducting exact accounting of amount of natural gas.

2. Approve:

The summary list of points of acceptance and transfer of natural gas in which modern electronic metering devices, according to appendix No. 1 are established;

The list of points of acceptance and transfer of natural gas in which chromatographs, according to appendix No. 2 are established;

The list of the gas-measuring stations which are in addition under construction in the territory of the republic according to appendix No. 3;

"Road map" on conducting exact accounting of natural gas by full automation of processes from production before delivery to final consumers according to appendix No. 4.
