About modification of appendix 5 to the Procedure for functioning of electronic office

According to Item 42-1. 2 Articles 42-1 of Chapter 1 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, order:

1. Make changes to appendix 5 to the Procedure for functioning of the electronic office approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 14, 2017 No. 637, registered on August 01, 2017 at No. 942/30810, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. To provide to the State Tax Service of Ukraine development of the software according to this order within one month.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine Ulyutin D. V. and the chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
