According to the paragraph of Item 13 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, I order the eleventh:

1. In paragraph one of Item 7 of procedure for certification of goods with geographical specifying or the traditional guaranteed feature, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the order of January 26, 2023 No. 68, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 28, 2023 at No. 363/39419, the word "is performed" "begins" to replace with the word.

2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
