According to parts eight, the eleventh article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "About features of legal protection of geographical instructions for agricultural products and foodstuff, protection of the rights and application of schemes of quality, including the traditional guaranteed features for agricultural products and foodstuff", the Law of Ukraine "About legal protection of geographical instructions", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I order:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for certification of goods with geographical specifying or the traditional guaranteed feature;

certificate form on compliance of goods of the specification;

Procedure for consideration of appeals on the decision of certification bodies.

2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
