About approval of the Regulations on activities of the auction commission for sale of subjects to big privatization at electronic auctions

According to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property" I order:

1. Approve Regulations on activities of the auction commission for sale of subjects to big privatization at the enclosed electronic auctions.

2. Declare invalid the subitem 2 of Item 1 of the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of April 06, 2018 No. 486 "About approval of the Regulations on activities of the auction commission for sale of subjects to small privatization and Regulations on activities of the auction commission for sale of subjects to big privatization", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 27, 2018 at No. 529/31981.

3. The auction commissions for sale of subjects to big privatization which began the activities before entry into force of this order continue to perform the functions before the end of all necessary procedures.

4. To provide to management of big privatization of department of privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
