About modification of Item 16 of the Procedure for holding auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources

Bring in Item 16 of the Procedure for the holding auctions for sale of special permissions to use of natural resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 23, 2020 No. 993 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 88, Art. 2825; 2022, No. 61, the Art. 3663), the enclosed changes.

1. The fourth to replace the paragraph with paragraphs of the following content:
"The size of the guarantee fee constitutes 20 percent of original price of lot, but at least 10000000 (ten million) hryvnias for minerals which have strategic importance for sustainable development of economy and defense capability of the state, 20000000 (twenty million) hryvnias for hydrocarbons, 2000000 (two million) hryvnias for the fields and/or subsoil plots containing sand and 1000000 (one million) hryvnias for other minerals (except lot selling special permission to geological studying, including trial development, production of underground waters (including mineral) for all needs).
For each repeated auction of the amount, determined in paragraph four of this Item, increase twice for repeated auction, five times for the second repeated auction, by 15 times for each subsequent repeated auction.".
With respect thereto the fifth - the ninth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixth - the tenth.
2. In paragraph seven of the word "specified in this Item" shall be replaced with words "specified in paragraph five of this Item".
