standard forms of the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house, agreements on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, agreements on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household);

methodical instructions for calculation of the amount of payment for maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, and also for maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house.

3. The subitem "zh" of item 4 of changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning safety during the using and content of the intra house and intra room gas equipment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 9, 2017 No. 1091 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning safety during the using and content of the intra house and intra room gas equipment" (Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 38, Art. 5628), to declare invalid.

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 2008 No. 549 "About procedure for supply of gas for ensuring household needs of citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 30, Art. 3635; 2013, No. 21, Art. 2648; 2014, No. 8, Art. 811; No. 18, Art. 2187; 2017, No. 38, Art. 5628; 2020, No. 13, Art. 1919):

a) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision" shall be replaced with words "the executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized on implementation of regional state housing control (supervision) or the local government body authorized on implementation of municipal housing control";

b) add with Item 6 of the following content:

"6. This resolution is effective till September 1, 2029";

c) in Rules of supply of gas for ensuring household needs of the citizens approved by the specified resolution:

the twelfth Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the specialized organization" - to conforming requirements established by the Instructions for use gas regarding safety during the using and content of the intra house and intra room gas equipment by provision of utility on gas supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 14, 2013 No. 410 "About measures for safety during the using and content of the intra house and intra room gas equipment", the gas-distributing organization performing gas transportation to junction of network of gas distribution with the gas pipeline which is part of the intra house gas equipment and also the performing activities for maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house to maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house and maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household) with observance of the requirements established by the legislation on gas supply in the Russian Federation. In case in fuel quality the liquefied hydrocarbon gases, by the specialized organization with which the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house can be signed, the agreement on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house or the agreement on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household) are used, any gas-distributing organization performing gas transportation on gas distribution networks can act.";

to state the subitem "k" of Item 9 in the following edition:

"j) the copy of the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house, agreements on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house or agreements on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household);";

to state the subitem "b" of Item 13 in the following edition:

"b) absence at the applicant of the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house and (or) agreements on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, and (or) agreements on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household);";

to state the subitem "l" of Item 15 in the following edition:

"k) details of the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house and (or) agreements on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, and (or) agreements on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household);";

in the subitem "k" of Item 21 of the word "agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house and (or) intra room gas equipment" shall be replaced with words "the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house and (or) the agreement on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, and (or) the agreement on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household)";

add Item 23 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) request from the subscriber the copy of the current agreement about maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house, and (or) agreements on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, and (or) agreements on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household).";

state Item 29 in the following edition:

"29. Dismantle of metering devices of gas for carrying out checking or repair is performed by the specialized organization for the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house, and (or) to the agreement on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, and (or) to the agreement on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household), and also person which is carrying out works on the contract for installation, and (or) replacement, and (or) repair of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house and (or) the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household). Dismantle is carried out in the presence of the supplier of gas who takes of instrument reading of accounting of gas and checks safety of seals at the time of dismantle of the metering device of gas.";

to state subitems "d" and "e" of Item 45 in the following edition:

"e) receipt of the notification from the specialized organization which signed with the subscriber the agreement on maintenance and repair of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house and (or) the agreement on maintenance of the intra room gas equipment in the apartment house, and (or) the agreement on maintenance of the intra house gas equipment in the apartment house (household), about use by the subscriber of the gas-using equipment which is not conforming to the normative requirements imposed to this equipment;
