About form of the register of goods, structure of information on goods provided by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to which state members apply special economic measures, and procedure for submission of such information

For the purpose of realization of paragraph two of Item 3 of article 3 of the Agreement on application in the Eurasian Economic Union of navigation seals for tracking of transportations of April 19, 2022 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve enclosed:

form of the register of goods to which state members of the Eurasian Economic Union apply special economic measures;

structure of information on goods provided by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to which state members apply special economic measures;

Procedure for representation by state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of information on goods to which state members apply special economic measures.

2. Ask state members of the Eurasian Economic Union to provide submission to the Eurasian economic commission of information on goods to which state members apply special economic measures, in the form approved by this Decision not later than 10 working days before the date of entry into force of the decision of the Commission on introduction of tracking of transportations with use of navigation seals on the territories of state members to its initial placement in the form of the register of goods on the official site of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
