1. Approve, since August 1, 2020, rate of utilization collection and the list of types and categories of wheel vehicles, self-propelled machines and trail cars to them for which utilization collection, according to appendix is paid.

2. Determine that:

a) payers of utilization collection are the physical persons and legal entities which are drawing up the vehicles in customs regime "release for free circulation" (import), or the physical persons and legal entities making (collecting, making) the wheel vehicles, self-propelled machines and trail cars to them (further - vehicles) realized in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

b) utilization collection is not paid for the following vehicles:

the vehicles belonging to the diplomatic representations or consular establishments, the international organizations using privileges and immunity according to the conventional principles and rules of international law and also the staff of such representations, organizations, organizations having the diplomatic status, not being citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and members of their families;

vehicles of categories L and M 1, from date of issue of which there passed 30 and more years, and also categories M2, M3 and N from which date of issue there passed 50 and more years which are not intended for commercial transportations of passengers and loads, having the original engine and body kept or restored to original condition;

the cars imported for the purpose of the charitable help with the directions of the interstate, intergovernmental, international organizations, including technical assistance (non-paid);
