About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

"Payment by repayment/payment of the income" shall be replaced with words 1) in the subitem 21 of Item 14 of the word "payment of interest income (coupon payment)";

The resolution after Item 14-18 to add 2) with new Item 14-19 of the following content:

"14-19. The bank has no right to complete implementation of currency supervision of observance by residents of deadlines of calculations for transaction on commodity export after transfer on the current account of resident in bank of the money which arrived from the nonresident for goods if these funds were not transferred from abroad to Ukraine.".
