About approval of Rules of putting down of apostille on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states

According to Item 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 to No. 631 "About modification of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 61", we order:

1. Approve Rules of putting down of apostille on official documents, held for use in the territory of other enclosed states.

2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine, the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine, the deputy minister of science and education of Ukraine, the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations, the chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
