Bring in procedure for holding poll concerning the initiatives directed to the solution of questions of public administration in different spheres of public life on the Single state web portal of electronic services, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 7, 2022 No. 90 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 15, the Art. 828), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to procedure for holding poll concerning the initiatives directed to the solution of questions of public administration in different spheres of public life on the Single state web portal of electronic services

1. In Item 6:

Paragraph two to state 1) in the following edition:

"Orders move not more often than once a month or in other time under written approval of the organizer.";

The paragraph third to exclude 2).

2. Add Item 10 with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of submission of the order is later than in 10 days prior to the date of poll specified in the order the specified start date of holding poll can be postponed for the term established by the technical administrator taking into account technical capability. The technical administrator informs the initiator on transfer of date of poll not later than within two working days from the date of such transfer.".
