2. To the ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation no later than July 30, 2022:

provide possibility of application of the cryptographic (cryptographic) means of information protection which underwent in accordance with the established procedure assessment procedure of compliance (further - means of cryptographic information security) when using the federal state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication in the Infrastructure Providing Information and Technological Interaction of the Information Systems Used for Provision of the State and Municipal Services Electronically" and unified information system of personal data providing processing including collection and storage, biometric personal data, their check and information transfer about degree of their compliance to the provided biometric personal data of physical person (further - single biometric system);
