1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2016 No. 61 "About establishment of the list of the organizations making destruction of pyrotechnic products" the following changes:
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on item 4 of the Regulations on procedure, methods and places of the destruction of pyrotechnic and mercury-containing products, other dangerous substances approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2016 No. 671, and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
in appendix to this resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Public scientific institution "Institute of powder metallurgy of name of the academician O. V. Roman".";
exclude Item 12.
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2023.
