Based on item 4 of the Regulations on procedure, methods and places of the destruction of pyrotechnic and mercury-containing products, other dangerous substances approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2016 No. 671, and subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list of the organizations making destruction of pyrotechnic products according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
