About additional measures for support of business activity, employment assistance, social protection and the informative organization of free time of youth

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of support of youth, assistance of employment, stimulation of the business ideas and initiatives, creation of additional terms for receipt by youth of the worthy income, raising on the new level of the work which is carried out in this direction and also ensuring execution of the State program on strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in "Year of support of youth and strengthening of health of the population":

1. Establish the following procedure for involvement of youth in entrepreneurship, providing it with permanent job and creating favorable conditions for receipt of additional income according to which:

a) since May 1, 2021:

for a period of up to January 1, 2023 the amount of the social tax paid by employers (except for state-financed organizations, the state companies, legal entities, in authorized fund (capital) of which the state share constitutes 50 and more percent) for workers is not more senior than 25 years, completely returns from the Government budget. At the same time the amount of the social tax returns on condition of implementation by young workers of continuous labor activity within six months, since seventh month;

subsidies at the expense of funds for support of faces included in "Youth notebook", in the amount of, not exceeding the 40-fold size of basic settlement size, to start the business activity and acquisition of the equipment and instruments of labor necessary for self-employment are allocated to the youth included in "Youth notebook";

privileges on the rent according to appendix No. 1 are provided to the subjects of entrepreneurship who employed the jobless youth included in "Youth notebook" when leasing objects of state-owned property;

b) since June 1, 2021:
