Make change to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 335 "Some questions of implementation of payment of goods, works and services for ensuring needs of the sector of safety and defense in the conditions of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 26, of the Art. 1419, No. 82, of the Art. 5012), having added subitem 1 after the paragraph of the fifth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"prolongation in 2023 of the term of accomplishment of obligations on provision to Armed Forces of food services in the public contract (contract) for the term sufficient for the conclusion of the new public contract (agreement), but no more than for 90 days, with possible increase in amount of provision of services and amount of the public contract (agreement) (without increase in unit price of each separate food product and/or for set of such products specified in the catalog and/or for provision of services on catering services) in the expense limits on food provided to the Ministry of Defence in the Government budget for 2023.".
