About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 7, 2018 No. 992
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 7, 2018 No. 992 "About approval of requirements in the field of electronic confidential services and procedure for test of observance of requirements of the legislation in the field of electronic confidential services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 98, the Art. 3227) changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the subitem 3 Items of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2024.

1. In requirements in the field of the electronic confidential services approved by the specified resolution:
1) in item 4:
