Some questions of response by subjects of ensuring cyber security to different types of events in cyberspace

According to Item 37 of the plan of strategy implementation of cyber security of Ukraine approved by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of December 30, 2021. "About the Plan of strategy implementation of cyber security of Ukraine", No. enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 1, 2022 37, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for response by subjects of ensuring cyber security to different types of events in the enclosed cyberspace.

2. Recommend to consider requirements of the Procedure approved according to Item 1 of this resolution when holding actions for ensuring cyber security:

To the office of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and local government bodies;

To the National Bank, banks, other subjects performing activities in the markets of financial services, state regulation and supervision of which activities is exercised by National Bank, to operators and/or members of payment service providers, technological operators of payment services, including subjects which reference to critical infrastructure performs National Bank.

3. To approve administrations of Public service of special communication and information security in three-months time methodical recommendations about response by subjects of ensuring cyber security to different types of events in cyberspace.
