ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2022 No. 1066

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2022 No. 1066 "About placement of the biometric personal data by physical persons in the unified information system of personal data providing processing including collection and storage, biometric personal data, their check and information transfer about degree of their compliance to the provided biometric personal data of physical person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 4336).

2. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2023.

3. The rules of placement of the biometric personal data by physical persons in regional segment of single biometric system with use of regional mobile application of single biometric system approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2022 No. 1066 "About placement of the biometric personal data by physical persons in single biometric system with use of mobile application of single biometric system" (in edition of this resolution), are effective till January 1, 2027.
