ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-43/2020 "About approval of Rules of rendering the state Service "Licensing for Import to the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the States Which Are Not Members of the Eurasian Economic Union and Export from the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to These States of Bodies (Part of Body) and (or) Tissues (Part of Fabric) of the Person, Blood and Its Components" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 20556) the following changes:

The rules of rendering the state Service "Licensing for Import to the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the States Which Are Not Members of the Eurasian Economic Union and Export from the Territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to These States of Bodies (Part of Body) and (or) Tissues (Part of Fabric) of the Person, Blood and Its Components" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
