the territories of the Russian Federation moved between parts through the territories of foreign states;

exported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring activities of divisions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies of the Russian Federation which are in the territories of foreign states;

taken out from the territory of the Russian Federation to state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to the decisions of the Russian Prime Minister, either First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, or Deputy Prime Minister of Russia (according to distribution of obligations) accepted based on appeals of the governments of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control and other interested federal executive bodies;
