About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 23, 2019 No. 395

According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" I order third:

1. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 23, 2019 No. 395 "About approval of the Regulations on the commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning consideration of materials about recognition by combatants, participants of war", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 07, 2019 at No. 588/33559, "procedure for provision and deprivation of participant status of fighting of the persons which were protecting independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and being directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense to repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation" shall be replaced with words "procedure for provision and deprivation of participant status of fighting of persons protecting independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and being directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out or in implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, ensuring their implementation, in the actions necessary for ensuring defense of Ukraine, protection of safety of the population and interests of the state in connection with military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine".

2. Approve changes in the Regulations on the commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning the consideration of materials about recognition by combatants, participants of war approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of May 23, 2019 No. 395, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 07, 2019 at No. 588/33559, of enclosed.

3. To department of pension questions and social protection (Andriychuk of t.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.

Changes in the Regulations on the commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine concerning consideration of materials about recognition by combatants, participants of war

1. In the Section I:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The commission is formed in the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the purpose of studying of documents and decision making about provision (deprivation) of participant status of fighting, war participant status to faces of the private and the commanding structure, military personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, workers of the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial authorities on provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further - territorial authorities), the institutions, organizations and the companies relating to the sphere of the Department of MIA (further - employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs)";
