About approval of form of the transit declaration and procedure for its filling, and also about change and recognition voided some Decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

According to Item 5 of Article 105 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Approve enclosed:

form of the transit declaration;

Procedure for filling of the transit declaration.

2. Determine that in case of customs declaring according to customs procedure of customs transit of the goods moved with pipeline transport, the transit declaration moves in the declaration form on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, filled according to the Procedure approved by the specified Decision.

3. Bring in the Procedure for making by customs authorities of the customs transactions connected with giving, registration of the transit declaration and completion of customs procedure of customs transit, No. approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of August 17, 2010 438, the following changes:

a) to exclude the paragraph of the seventh of Item 2 and the paragraph of the twenty sixth of Item 3;

b) in Item 7:

word in paragraph one "The instruction about procedure for filling of the transit declaration approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 289" shall be replaced with words "The procedure for filling of the transit declaration approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 30, 2023 No. 73";

word in paragraph eight "The instruction specified" shall be replaced with words "The procedure specified".

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of 01.07.2025 No. 62

5. Recognize invalid decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission on the list according to appendix.

6. This Decision becomes effective since April 1, 2025.
