About modification of Rules of provision of access to infrastructure of power generation facility

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Rules of provision of access to infrastructure of power generation facility approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2018 No. 853 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 85, Art. 2801; 2020, No. 68, the Art. 2190), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Rules of provision of access to infrastructure of power generation facility

1. In Item 2:

The second the words "provider of telecommunications" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "the supplier of electronic communication networks and/or services";

2) word in paragraph four "in the Law of Ukraine "About access to construction objects, transport, power industry for the purpose of development of telecommunication networks" (further - the Law) and the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" shall be replaced with words "in the Law of Ukraine "About access to construction objects, transport, power industry for the purpose of development of electronic communication networks" (further - the Law) and the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications".
