Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 16, 2022 No. 1089 "About approval of the Regulations on the unified information system of personal data providing processing including collection and storage, biometric personal data, their check and information transfer about degree of their compliance to the provided biometric personal data of physical person" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 26, the Art. 4475).

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for:

the subitem "g" of Item 8, subitems "i" and "k" of Item 10, Items 18 - 21, subitems "a", "v" - "m", "about" and "п" Item 22 and Items 23 - 27 Provisions, approved by this resolution which become effective since June 1, 2023;
