About approval of the Procedure for provision by the winner of electronic auction selling subject to big privatization of comments and offers to the draft agreement of purchase and sale

According to the paragraph of part ten of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine I order the seventh:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the winner of electronic auction selling subject to big privatization of comments and offers to the draft of the enclosed purchase and sale agreement.

2. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of May 21, 2018 No. 672 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by potential buyers of subjects to big privatization of comments and offers to the draft agreement of purchase and sale", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 07, 2018 at No. 687/32139.

3. To provide to management of big privatization of department of privatization in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
