The subitem 10 of Item 2 of Article 1 to add 1) with words ", and also to the trainers who were performing training of such champions and being part of the national teams (Olympic, Paralympic, Deaflympic) teams of the USSR, the Russian Federation and (or) the combined teams which included athletes of the states - the former Republics of USSR";
The subitem 3 of Item 1 of article 2 after words to "champions of Deaflympics" to add 2) with words ", to the trainers specified in the subitem 10 of Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law";
3) in Article 3:
a) add with Item 6.1 of the following content:
"6.1. Payment of collateral material security to the trainer specified in the subitem 10 of Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law stops also in cases of recognition its violated anti-doping rules and applications to it with respect thereto corresponding sanctions, and also deprivation of the athlete whose training it performed of the rank specified in the subitem 10 of Item 2 of article 1 of this Federal Law.";
