1. Approve Regulations on procedure for preparation and implementation of investment projects within the Clean development mechanism of the Kyoto protocol according to appendix.
2. To the state committee on conservation, the ministries and departments together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring the departmental regulations into accord with this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.

1. This Provision determines procedure for preparation and implementation of the investment projects within the Clean development mechanism of the Kyoto protocol realized by legal entities in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan irrespective of form of their property, with involvement of the foreign investors providing realization of certified emission reductions in the world market.
