About modification of the Regulations on the territorial centers of completing and social support

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Regulations on the territorial centers of the completing and social support approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 23, 2022 No. 154 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 43, the Art. 2325), the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the territorial centers of completing and social support

1. In Item 8 of the word "in accomplishment of tasks on preparation and conducting territorial defense" to exclude.

2. The eleventh Item 9 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"perform actions of the notification and appeal of citizens (except persons liable for call-up and reservists of the SSU and Service of foreign intelligence): on military service of faces of officers; on military service of persons from among reservists during the special period (enlisted in war operational reserve); on military service during mobilization, for the special period (irrespective of the place of their stay on military accounting);".

3. The sixteenth Item 10 to exclude the paragraph.

4. The seventeenth Item 11 to exclude the paragraph.
