ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURAL POLICY AND FOOD OF UKRAINE

of March 22, 2023 No. 586

About recognition of the voided order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of July 23, 2010 No. 548

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I order:

1. Declare invalid the Order of the State committee of Ukraine on land resources of July 23, 2010 No. 548 "About approval of Classification of types of purpose of lands", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 01, 2010 at No. 1011/18306.

2. To provide to department of regulation of land relations in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
