According to the Item "g" of Article 15 and Article 19 of the Land code of Ukraine, the Item "g" of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About land management", the subitem 11 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State committee of Ukraine on land resources approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.03.2008 No. 224, and for the purpose of ensuring accounting of lands by types of their purpose in the state land cadastre I ORDER:
1. Approve Classification of types of purpose of lands which is applied.
2. To the chairman of Republican committee on land resources of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of head departments of Goskomzem in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, to heads of the companies which belong to the sphere of management of Goskomzem to provide use of Classification of types of purpose of lands when maintaining the state land cadastre and state register of lands, functioning of the automated system of the state land cadastre.
3. To department of information support of work with the public and mass media (Zinkivsk) provide to L.M. placement of this order on Goskomzem's website.
4. To department of the state land cadastre (Slavin I. V.) and to Legal department (Yurets O. I.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
