In the subitem "b" of Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2021 No. 2403 "About increase in efficiency of accounting and use of programs for the electronic computers and databases created or acquired with attraction of financial resources of the federal budget or budgets of state non-budgetary funds and also introduction of amendments to separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 1, the Art. 115) the words "March 1" shall be replaced with words "on August 31".
