About the draft of the Investment agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the OXUS INTERASIA FZCO Company about construction and commissioning of the company for tobacco products manufacture in the Free economic zone of Dangar

According to Articles 11, "About the investment agreement" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides 12 and 13 Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan:

1. Approve the draft of the Investment agreement between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the OXUS INTERASIA FZCO Company about construction and commissioning of the company for tobacco products manufacture in the Free economic zone of Dangar.

2. To the chairman of the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to sign this Investment agreement on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and if necessary to make the changes and additions which do not have basic nature to its text.

3. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to approve date and the place of signing of this Investment agreement with the OXUS INTERASIA FZCO Company.

4. This Investment agreement after signing to provide for ratification to Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
