1. Establish the unified document forms concerning state registration and liquidation (the activities termination) of subjects of managing according to appendix.
2. Determine that the unified document forms concerning state registration and liquidation (the activities termination) of subjects of managing are intended for maintaining by the relevant state bodies the automated system of accounting of subjects of managing.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
