RESOLUTION OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2016 No. 6

Based on parts one and the second Item 82 of the Regulations on accounting treatment, storage, estimates and the realization of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2016 No. 63, of subitem 11.4 of Item 11 of the Regulations on Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2010 No. 620, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2016 No. 6 "About procedure for acceptance of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state by quantity and quality" the following changes:

1.1. state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on parts one and the second Item 82 of the Regulations on accounting treatment, storage, estimates and the realization of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state, approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2016 No. 63, of subitem 11.4 of Item 11 of the Regulations on Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 3, 2010 No. 620, Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

1.2. state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Approve the Instruction about procedure for acceptance of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state by quantity and quality it (is applied).";

1.3. in appendix to this resolution:

to replace words of "person which accepted property on storage" with the word of "keeper";
