2. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. Determine that realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation within the limiting Russian Federation established by the Government of the number of employees of the Ministry, and also budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry in the federal budget on management and management in the field of the established functions.

4. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2024, except for Items 1 and 2 of appendix to this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2024.
