About approval of the Standard regulations on activities of the Center of family justice of police and the Minimum quality standards

Based on part (4) article 10 of the Law No. 45/2007 on the prevention and suppression of violence in family (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 55-56, 178), with subsequent changes, and parts (3), (4) and (5) article 3 of the Law No. 137/2016 on recovery of victims of crimes (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 293 - 305, the Art. 618), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Standard regulations on activities of the Center of family justice of police according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Minimum quality standards for the services provided within the Center of family justice of police according to appendix No. 2.

2. Provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

1) intersectoral cooperation and integrated approach to situation of victims of violence in family and sexual violence according to Instruction regulations on the mechanism of intersectoral cooperation in violence cases in the family approved by the Interdepartmental Order No. 48/298/610/162/5 of June 22, 2022 (The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Justice and National council on the legal aid guaranteed by the state), and also by signing of new agreements on cooperation, in case of need;

2) cooperation with bodies of local public authority, and also with other bodies, organizations and the organizations providing social, medical, psychological, legal and other services by agreement signature about cooperation;
