Some questions of provision to employers of compensation of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for employment on new workplaces
According to parts two and third article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About employment of the population" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve:
Procedure for compensation to employers of part of the actual expenses connected with payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance for employment on new workplaces;
2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the enclosed list.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except paragraph two of Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
