Approve the list of foreign stock exchanges on which to trading shares of legal entities (except the legal entities who are residents of the state aggressor) which is applied are admitted.

To provide to the ministry of environment protection and natural resources together with Public service of geology and subsoil submission of offers on modification of the list approved by this resolution taking into account development of the international market of the capital.
