About introduction of amendments to article 32-2 of the Law on grapes and wine No. 57/2006

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 32-2 of the Law on grapes and wine No. 57/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 64-68, 193), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

The member of the commission provides the voice to the candidate who conforms to requirements for holding the post of the director of Bureau, according to the decision of the supreme governing body of the organization which represents. The same person no more than two terms of office can hold position of the director of Bureau. Term of office of the director of Bureau - four years. The procedure of selection of the candidate for position of the director of Bureau affirms the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry. Early termination of powers of the director of Bureau is made by the order of the Minister of Agriculture and the food industry in the presence of the positive conclusion of Coordination council.".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
