the application form on receipt of special permission to use of natural resources;

the application form on prolongation of effective period of special permission to use of natural resources;

the application form on modification of special permission to use of natural resources;

the application form on introduction of amendments to the agreement on Conditions of use of natural resources;

the application form concerning initiation of sale of special permission to use of natural resources at auction (the electronic biddings).
