1. Leave the Safeguards agreement of the rights of citizens in the field of payment of the public assistance, compensation payments to families with children and the alimony concluded on September 9, 1994 in Moscow.
2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure to notify to depositary on exit from the agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
